Sports Week has launched
This week is national sports week and to celebrate the school have organised a range of events for students to take part in.
Over the course of the week, the students will take part in a range of sports such as tri-golf, football, dogeball, rounders and tennis. They will also have the exciting opportunity to climb a climbing wall on Thursday and will take part in team building and balance workshops to help improve a variety of other skills.
Finally, to bring the week to a close, the whole school will be taking part in Race for Life.
PE Primary Specialist Mr Hall said: We held Sports Week last year and it was really successful. This year we want to try and expose students to even more sports which they may not have had the chance to take part in before.
I hope that the students find the week of events really enjoyable and find a passion for a sport they didn’t know they had.’
